Movie Review: INKHEART

Have you ever watch Inkheart yet? In my humble opinion, you should! Actually, Brendan Fraser was one of my fav actor *hearts* :D and he is damn suitable for family kinda movie! Haha this movie rated as PG13, but personally I think it should be labelled as U (or maybe those villains are too scary for kids :D ).

Inkheart told stories about Mo (Brendan) who also have ability called 'Silvermouth'. It means that he is able to read storybooks and makes the stories become real (I hope he can read me a Doraemon comics!). Inkheart itself actually is a book. He's in journey with his daughter to find his wife, Resa, whose he believed has been sucked into Inkheart book when someone read it. For example, if he read Alibaba story, Alibaba will come to real world, and someone (or anything, goat maybe :D) from real world will replace Alibaba place in the story. It was just like 'fair exchange' in Fullmetal Alchemist :D . Unfortunately, on way to search for his wife, many storybook villains came to real world and search for Silvermouth to read the book to make greatest monster called Shadow come out from Inkheart and destroy the world.

He was accompanied by many people in his journey, such as his daughter, Elaine (mother in law), Dustfinger (Inkheart character's), Farid (from 40 thieves book I think :D), and the Inkheart writer himself (he'll play Prof. Slughorn in Harry Potter! I knew it!). Andy Serkis also in this movie! (He's the one who play Gollum character in LOTR). I rated it as 4.5/5. You should go and watch yourself. :D Anyway, nice movie indeed ~ Loves it!
